I love how easy it is to tailor the resistance to suit my workout goals, whether I’m focusing on my chest, arms, biceps, shoulders, or all of the above.The build quality is exceptional, sturdy and durable with a comfortable grip that makes every rep feel smooth and controlled. It's compact and easy to store, yet it delivers a full-on upper body workout that rivals larger gym equipment. It’s also incredibly versatile, letting me target different muscle groups for a complete and effective exercise routine.My only comment is the clip thats used to hold the jaws closed for storage. Although it comes with a spare, I feel that these may go missing at some point.If you’re serious about building strength and improving your fitness, this chest exerciser is a must-have.

Great bit of kit and good value
Very well made durable bit of kit- you can certainly get a pump! The adjustable resistance is great, from quite easy to oh my god I can’t move it. Great value for money, easy to use and does the job perfectly

Exactly as described
Very good quality and works exactly as described. I think there are a lot more exercises and uses for this versatile piece of equipment. It's definitely a useful addition to a weight training regime .

Great item, good price.
Very solid, well-made and feels like it should cost a lot more than it does. You can do five different exercises with it. Well probably more but five is enough for me.

Received as second hand, not brand new
Great product but the item received was already used and obviously returned by someone else as there were scratch marks and a missing clip, the box had also been re-sealed. It's a shame as bought this for my husband as a gift which he loved but sadly had to return.

Surprised expectations
Very versatile piece of equipment. It surprised my expectations for strength building.I think the unit will snap in half before I can close this on 15… but it’s a solid workout between levels
