Excellent beer
Clear instructions, not on the back of label like some brewers (Youngs), simple to brew, use brewer's sugar which is a glucose as you get a better reaction with the yeast and no additional sweetening. Leave in bucket for 6 days at room temp 18-21degC, and once fermentation is complete transfer into pressure barrel and leave at room temp, for a further four days before transferring somewhere cooler if you want.Excellent smooth beer a bit like Guinness bitter (not stout of course). Mild, slightly hoppy taste, if made to 40 pints then between 3.4 and 4% strength. One of the few home brews that doesn't taste like home brew.
