I regret purchasing this product due to the frustrating experience I’ve had with both its quality and your customer service. When I needed a spare part, I was shocked to learn that it would be shipped directly from China, taking at least a month to arrive—assuming it was even the correct part. Unfortunately, in my case, it wasn’t.When I requested a replacement using a faster shipping method, my request was ignored, and the part was sent using the same slow process. As a result, I had to wait another 3 weeks, and yet, I still haven’t received the correct item. This means I have been unable to use my coffee machine for almost two months—an unacceptable delay for a product in this price range.My main problem, the coffee machine had a recurring issue where it repeatedly pushed the milk floater out. Eventually, the floater broke entirely. Given these ongoing problems, I strongly regret my purchase and would not recommend this brand. For this price, customers should expect reliable service and readily available spare parts within the U.S.I would say to expect an immediate apology and solution to this issue. But I strongly doubt!!!

The media could not be loaded. We bought this coffee maker November 23, 2023. We used it everyday now the machine shuts off when it starts to grind the beans or it won’t grind beans at all. Emailed support@mcilpoog.com for assistance and they requested a video of the coffee maker with the problems. Sent video attached here with no response. We really liked this machine kept up to date with the maintenance/cleaning of the coffee maker just disappointed it didn’t last long. $700 was a lot of money to spend for something to last for 1 year.

The coffee maker would just get into a loop of cleaning. I would clean after use and set it up for the next time and once it come on line it require that I clean it again without serving one cup of coffee. The grinder wouldl not grind so the coffee would come out looking like water. For the price it should just work and not cause me to clean it once it is already cleaned. We wasted so much time just trying to get a single cup of coffee out of the machine that we determined it was a lot less stressful to just have a plain old coffee maker. My friend recommended this coffee maker. He said just buy it and purchase the longest warranty you can because you will indeed need it. All monies were refunded.

I don’t mind paying for a coffee machine that’s worth the money. You may think that because you clean the machine everyday along with emptying the tray with the coffee grounds that it’s clean. When you remove your tray completely take a deep look into the machine where there’s water constantly dripping in the tray along with coffee grounds. It will and does create MOLD while you think your machine is clean think again. Where all this is happening you cannot get to it nor clean in that area it creates MOLD which then turns into maggots. Bend down and look deep into where the tray goes the next time you clean the tray and are ready to slide back in. It’s disgusting. After 5 months of getting my machine and using it everyday I threw it out in the garbage. Never again.

I had TWO of these and BOTH were used...First one never used because it leaked all over my kitchen. Second one was used and it made TWO cups before it started leaking. I was a whole bag of coffee because it kept dumping it in the clean tray...I'm glad I bought it from walmart and I can return it and get my money
