Well made and super easy to put together; it took 5 minutes. Looks very nice, is lightweight and easy to move, and the drip tray feature is really smart.My only hesitation when deciding to buy or not was the unsightly garbage bag draped over the edge in other review photos. It kind of defeats the point of getting a nice-looking garbage can IMHO. I fully intended to use some 3M Command hooks to hang the bag on the inside, but I tried one and it didn't stick very securely to the polypropylene insides. Luckily, there is super thick plastic in the corners so I used a 5/64 drill bit to start a hole and then screwed an eye hook in each corner, and voila! Hanging garbage bags you can't see from the outside.I also love that you can use two 13 gallon bags diagonally and have trash and recycling together in this one bin. The smaller bag size should also prevent the difficult-to-remove overfull bag situation I've seen other reviewers complaining about. I couldn't be happier with it!

This product is fantastic! It looks beautiful on my deck and has been so functional and sturdy! It is the perfect size, and the lock feature keeps bugs/animals out which has been wonderful. It honestly looked better when I received it in person than it does in the pictures.A few months into using this product, the middle divider piece broke, and I reached out to customer service to see if they could send me a new piece. They responded in less than 24 hours and offered to send me a new product since the piece I needed was no longer in stock. I have truly never had a better customer service experience which made me love this product so much more! 10/10 recommend this product & company!

Good outdoor trash can. Easy to assemble. Came with a crack in one part, I emailed the manufacturer and they got a replacement part to me very quickly. The unit is sturdy and waterproof. Also very easy to clean. I also purchased a small outdoor storage unit in the same color and it's perfect as well and the colors are identical. Highly recommend the products.

Love the sturdiness, design, click together pieces were nice, directions weren't awesome and I had difficulty on the last two pieces. Love the look of this and would like to purchase a few more for my rentals, BUT the bags and how the ARE NOT SECURELY HELD at the rims of the bins just makes it totally disappointing for me. I'd buy additional if there were two pieces that clicked over the rim and held and concealed the edge of the bags. As is, it's unsecure, ugly, and ruins the entire functionality of the piece. Don't buy this if you don't want to be hassling with getting the bags to stay up. You know, two solid bins that slip down in would have been great and I would have paid more.After working with OAK's outstanding and responsive customer service, these issues have been addressed with improvements! I was sent another set and am now in love with it! I really was impressed the first time but now, I'm floored. Great customer service, never had better. Part of the issue the first time was understanding the directions, and that could be on me. I eventually figured out how to get the bags secured at the rims. This is a great looking, very functional set of garbage cans. Value for cost is also 5 stars. I am a fan of good design and this is high on my list!

Feom my perspective, the company seems to care about tmcustomer satisfaction and tries to address issues and gradually improve upon the product design.Original review: This is a functional trash bin that looks nice in my backyard. However, there are some issues with use and mayne some potential improvement opportunities.The assembly was super easy. The graphics in the instruction pamphlet were clear, except page 5. The image of the base tray was pictured upside down. Part D should be flipped (the side shown should be facing inside of the trash can).I noticed that the trash can may have been improved since other reviews and new liners were added to prevent bags from tearing when pulling them out. But it did cover the part labels... which is not a deal breaker, I was still able to figure it out and piece it together.The rim and gap to hold the trash bag is terrible. I've used 3 bags in it already and none have stayed put. Perhaps a clamp, clip, or some other securing mechanism should be added (I do use 39 gallon bag, big enough to not weigh the bag down and slip off the rim).Part of the reason the bag is not staying put was because when I open the lid by the little lip to toss trash away, the perimeter lid (that holds the bag down) opens up. Almost every time I opened the lid, the whole top raised up. Perhaps something else could be added to secure the lid down better.I have noticed that I have to tilt the trash can (almost horizontal) to pull out the trash/bag when filled. Fortunately, I have not experienced any rips, punctures, or tears, but I felt the sides of the trash buckling and one of the hinges to the lid poped off 2/3 times I've removed the bag. So... I don't think it is wise to have too much heavy trash if you can't lift it straight up and out. A front door panel would be nice to open and remove the trash bag or add an inner liner can... but that would change way too much and end up with a whole different product.The biggest personal annoyance was the fact that I have to tilt the trash can, slide the trash bag out, then pull the trash bag out... the base was not really reinforced for such actions... I anticipate the base (tray base) to break or weaken without a sturdy frame, feet, and/or extra padding.Overall, the trash served its purpose and looks pretty nice. It may work great for those who use it sporadically or occasional backyard gatherings. I am in the backyard all the time performing different tasks and i use the trash can multiple times a day. These little pesky issues with the trash can amounted to some major annoyance after continued use... and repetitive actions may compromise the longevity of this trash can, e.g., lid hinge pops off, wobbly sides, base scrapping off. For me, this is an average trash can that could be improved more.
