Control AC from my phone
Excellent, plugged right into the S21 connector on my Daikin Emura. It took about 10 minutes from unboxing to controlling the temperature from my phone!Performs OTA updates automatically, so no need to manually flash new firmware. This is a really nice home automation device.

Excellent product - really glad I bought it
I bought this module to use with my Daikin FTXM20R2V1B air conditioner. I bought a Daikin air conditioner because from the small amount of research I did, I looked like they came with a local API. But after installation, I discovered that the Wifi module used a new app that connected via 'the cloud'.So I was delighted to discover that RevK had designed and was selling these modules. I was initially not clear what sort of cable I needed to connect it to my air conditioner. In the end I decided to make my own cable, which took some time and effort.However, now I have it setup, it is working really well and I am very happy with it.RevK is very actively engaged with his users and providers frequent software/firmware updates.

Brilliant
Used the wiki to work out what wiring setup I needed a and then it's a matter of plug and play. Works flawlessly, so so much better than the data-stealing-phone-home garbage Daikin want you to run.

Superior replacement to the Daikin Factory Wifi
So much better than the factory model, no cloud required, supports MQTT, has better features - including wireless bluetooth remote temperature, direct local control, and of course Home Assistant integration via MQTT.It was a bit challenging ordering these being in the United States as I am, but well worth the time to use a reshipper to get them sent here.

Cloud cutting with ease.
So my daikins had the new fangled WiFi chip which meant I had to use the daikin app which is as useful as a chocolate teapot when there's no WiFi.Added these daikins in addition to the existing modules works like a charm. Home assistant takes care of the normal every day duties whilst the daikin OEM modules are there if I must really really really have to use it.Installation is a breeze and making the requisite cable is fairly easy as long as you can get the connectors frome somewhere such as RS components. Full instructions on making the cables is on the faikin website.

If only Daikin used these as standard!
Daikin's new app has no API and there is no control outside of the app.These rectify that. Web based control and HA integration, excellent support.The hardest thing is making the cable for the S21 headers, but I've now fitted 7 of these in Daikin Stylish units and 1 in a Prefera Floor Mount, it isn't that hard :)
