Amazing
Why did I wait so long to buy this?! With several cats in my home it’s been a constant struggle to keep litter trays scooped and smelling fresh. I’d hesitated to buy an automatic box for so long but I wish I had sooner! All cats went in without hesitation (i did remove the small white step at the entrance to allow easier access), it was easy to set up and use the app and now I have clean scooped boxes all the time. It’s very quiet but have set a do not disturb setting at night which is great. Changing the bag seems pretty straightforward too! All in all really really pleased with the purchase and hope it continues to work well

Its for 6-12 months
It was amazing at first but it has major issues:1- the bin is on top, it makes it fall off it just wasn’t thought through. Should never been on top2- its so difficult to clean, its not practical at all. It smells, you have to take it out every 3 days and I have only one cat.3- the app and phone connection as wellI would not recommend this, search for other that first and foremost have collection bin on the bottom!

Game changer
My cat loves it.... it makes my life easier... what would make it perfect would be chargeable batteries as this one needs to be plugged in

it works perfectly
I was hesitant to buy it, but I am glad I did. Everything about it is excellent. Perfect size and works with no problems. just make sure you place the plastic bag right.

Not a long term Product
Unfortunately, this bin did not live up to its expectations. I bought the bin in December 2023, and since April 2024, I have been having problems. The bin smells bad, no matter what chemicals I use to clean it. The pee leaks from the middle where the bin is attached. I then found that in several areas, there were screws missing. I added screws hoping this would resolve the problem, but it didn't. I now have pee mats under the bin to catch the pee leaking, making the room smell.I decided to use gaffer tape to seal the seams in the inside of the bin to help with the smell as well as the pee.I have used the tofu litter as recommended. This is horrible, as it does not pass through the yellow grid on the inside of the bin. I use crystals as at least this absorbed the pee.Cleaning is not easy, and the task takes more than an hour. It is also not easy to dry.I have now returned to a normal cat litter bin and have wasted a lot of money on a product that could not even last six months.Not recommended.

Item doesn’t work
Very bad ,product doesn’t work at all ,open product very late n after start feel worst experience,too much bad smell in home from the litter…it’s not working waste of money …want to rerun but just 2 days before window is closed….very disappointed
