I've been using Creatine for many years: 5g a day as recommended. However, recent studies have shown cognitive improvements in older people with 15-30g a day. Given that information, I wanted to find a high quality creatine supplement for a reasonable price.This supplement fit the bill. It is available in two quantities (I purchased the 2.2 pound), is free of any additives, and is 3rd party tested. 3rd party testing is important to me because I want to know I am getting what the supplement says I am.The creatine is a fine powder that is pretty much tasteless and mixes well in any liquid. I usually take mine in two forms: added to my coffee, or added to a protein shake. I don't notice a change in taste or consistency in either. I'm sure you could easily mix it into a glass of milk or sports drink and never even notice.The large container has allowed me to try larger doses for the cognitive benefits, and I feel it has benefited me. I haven't experienced any digestive discomfort and have been very happy with the quality of this product.For what you get: the amount, the quality, and 3rd party testing, the effectiveness; this is a tremendous value for the price.

Coming back for my third 100 serving order. No flavor, dissolves easy in warmer beverages, effective. Appreciate the lab testing, looks like they'll soon by adding lab result lookups on their website - which I would definitely appreciate. It's a good deal on a good product; I think I'll try their whey isolate out as well.

Like its name implies, "Just plain ole' Creatine". That IS IT. Mixes well. Zero flavor.One Complaint. Sometimes, scooping the powder out from the bag, the scooper will tap the edge/opening of the bag. This powder, LOVES to go flying everywhere. One light tiny accidental tap on the edge of the bag as you pull out a full scoop of this super light airy powder, and you have a crime scene on your countertop like something straight from Tony Montana's desk from Scarface.

Great stuff. Excellent value and mixes great into anything you put it in. Glad to be incorporating this into my daily stack.

Value for money:I just wanted a pure, unadulterated creatine. The 3rd party testing is appreciated, and the price is excellent considering that. Too many supplements are scams, so a little reassurance is nice. Good volume, good mixability, zero complaints. Will buy again.

This is a great way to start off taking creatine! I am really happy with this supplement. My only regret is not taking it sooner. Like years ago!! Ah well, better late than never.
