I went for this vegan omega product because apart from vegan omega (which suits me than fish omega) i also found it to have critical ingredients like CoQ10, Asthaxanthin and other calming herbs which is great for heart, immunity, antioxidant and other beneficial properties for overall health. Vegan omega 3 in liquid form with no smell of fish or fish burps. Plus it is not from fish, which is better. But more important can see quality and effect difference from other brands.
