This book is very well laid out. It methodically explains the different aspects of a Korean meal. It gives a glossary of items you need to pull off authentic dishes. The brief summary of Korean culture and how it is linked to food is informative. The book is well bound and uses high quality paper. An excellent cookbook.

The picture above r the nice ones and the rest is just a few meat dish and most of it is vegetables and Im not a vegetable person is pretty boring to me
