Timing
Cheese is delicious. Delivery less so. I recieved a text saying delivery before 1pm. Ok. Then another saying oh 3pm Then later oh well before 20.00. Pls make your mind up! Can’t be expected to wait home all day for you! Not good enough.

best way to use parm....
hmmm yeah, I realise this is meant fr grating, it seemed stale nd hard already lol . i m still keeping it in the frig. Do you grate the rind ? At the moment it doesn't compare with British Cheddar, which is versatile. I hope to soon use the Parmiggiano on powdering pizzas etc.Not sure I would buy another one at this time.Cheddar still compares easily on price.
