I thought about 4 stars because the lil vibrating ring thing worked for a very short time and died but went with 5 stars because that is not what I purchased it was something extra they throu in. the spray i ordered works amazing. way better than others I've tried. Sand to say but this is like applying lidocaine to your private, itches and smells really weird, I tried for a couple of time and I decided to stop using it, waste of money!
