Wow. What can I say about this book. An amazing read. Here's my full take on the whole thing:Firstly, I didn't know what to expect. You see so many people talking about soft life today with different perspectives. But this may be the healthiest depiction of what softness means on a spiritual level.It looked at how to live a 'soft life' through personal confidence, boundaries, relating to your emotions and many things that are relevant to most people (man or woman).Secondly, I really appreciate that it touched on sensuality. This is such an important part of feminine expression, and something that a lot of women speak about these days. I think it's one of the things that most women can start doing right away.Third point: I think these books are broken down very well, because it's extremely easy to understand. It's almost like you don't have to be an expert to get it, but you feel confident in your understanding of feminine energy after reading it.Potential cons? If I have to criticize the book, perhaps I could say that it could be longer. You can finish the book in a couple of days if you wanted to. This is good or bad depending on the person.Additionally, this book may not be for some people who have a modern-liberal viewpoint. Some people don't subscribe to the idea of masculine and feminine energy. So this book would probably be for the type who is on the traditional side and believes that men and women are different.Overall, I really enjoyed it and I think it touched on important topics that are quite deep. It will definitely be useful for someone who is on their spiritual journey working on their feminine energy.

I just finished reading How to live a soft life and I would have never thought that this book was written by a man!! But thank you!! The reason why I decided to read this book as there is a guy that I’m interested in however I’m going through a divorce and he’s believes in the sanctity of marriage and because I’m not completely divorced he has been standoffish… which I respect. Nevertheless thorough conversation he started that I was aggressive and behaved more like a 🥷 and that I should tape into my feminine energy…I was a bit puzzled 🤔 as I am a full grown woman.. but it wasn’t the first time I heard that… so I definitely want to be softer for myself.. it’s been hard but I like how it feels to be softer.. besides him other men have even been treating me differently than before!! Nevertheless I’m on a self healing journey and to better myself and my life!! Again thank you for your series 🙏🏾🙏🏾💪🏾‼️ I plan to read the others soon and I’ve even told a friend about it and she plans to buy your book as well!!!

It provides a simplitic approach about developing into a more feminine woman. Shadow work and letting go comes first and then this application can be applied. It's good news and a great read.

I don’t leave reviews often, but this was for sure deserved.I really appreciated all the things I’ve discovered within myself after reflecting on the things from the book.It’s really made me question things and that can be a bit difficult at first. But if you’re also the type that’s open to shedding old thought patterns so that you can grow, then this is a good thing.The major takeaway is that it motivated me to question how I’ve been living and the way I approach things.I know that a lot of women also struggle with this, especially if they are the type to resort to hardness when they are in survival mode.But the book shows you how to let that side go so that you can live in the mode of ease. “Quality over quantity” was the biggest download that was inspired from this book.

Wow, what a read. I love the balance of empathy and confidence that the book presented.As someone who struggles a little bit with mindset, this book helped me to set high standards for myself but in a way that wasn’t harsh or “hard” like many other self-development books.So for example, the book touched on setting standards for yourself and drawing boundaries out of self-respect. It got me thinking about how I allow others to treat me and what sort of standard I have to uphold.I think in time, the lessons I’ve learned will pay good dividends. So the investment of time and energy needed to read this book (it’s just over 100 pages) was definitely worth it.

I think this is my favorite book out of all 3, though that may change if more volumes come out in the future. I finished it in less than an hour, it's not a big book but I didn't want to put it down.I really loved what topics the author went over and it gave me a lot to think about. I'd recommend this book if you choose to read at least 1 in the series, it was very eye-opening.
