Only removes chlorine and odor/taste? What about lead, cadmium, copper, micro-plastics, etc...? Does it help with any of those?

Someone in the reviews mentioned that this filter doesn't fit in SD501. Is that the case? Or is it possible he had the older/wrong machine?

There are two types of filters for SD501 models. The filter type depends on manufacture year of machine. Please verify your existing filter and check the product images to choose a correct filter. Thank you.
