My pain in my hand have decreased BIG TIME!
This is like magic! I am not completely cured BUT, I can use my hand to open doors, close a Ziplock bag, brush my teeth etc.....(I was experiencing a lot of pain in my right hand for about three weeks, and it was getting worse, worse, and worse to the point that I could not even open a door knob or write something with a pen).BUT, when I got this amazing took, I used it once at night before to go to sleep... I didn't receive a relieved immediately, so I thought it didn't work for me... but, after that, I woke up in the morning feeling 50% better.... I am AMAZED! So now I am using it more during the day and for about 5 minutes before I go to bed. My hand is improving and I couldn't be happier! ... after 5 days, I am doing 70% better!

C#
It seems to fluctuate between C and C#... I'll try taking it by our local high school or a music store to have it checked. Not sure if it makes a great difference. It definitely helps the arches in my feet feel better.

Very calming
I didn't know what to expect with this tuning fork. I keep it next to my bed and use it as the last thing I do once I'm in bed, and surprisingly, I have now been able to sleep through the night. After hitting the fork, I place the base at the top of my forehead and hold it until it stops. I repeat it a couple of times and then sometimes move to other areas on my head and face. It's pretty relaxing. Who knew...
