Just ok for the price
I used this as a treat holder for a trunk or treat and it was just to hold the tattoos, so it worked. But as I reflect, for this size it was definitely pricey. Also, when assembled the lid does not actually stay opened, so 100's of kids hands anticipates, makes me want to just leave the lid off.

Not sturdy but inexpensive and pretty
This little treasure chest is cute and exactly what I needed. It’s made of paper so don’t think you can use it for anything heavy duty, but it’s inexpensive and very pretty (especially the little gold fasteners that come with it to secure it together...very cute).

Flimsy not worth more than five bucks
The media could not be loaded. Only worth about four dollars. Had to use tape to tape down some of the soft cardboard. Flimsy. Can’t put anything heavy in it. Looks cute. But definitely not worth the money.

very thin
this is not what I was aiming forI needed a classroom prize box that would last hundreds of littles hands going thru it daily but this one made from a thin paper material and will hardly survive a week. it is pretty and easy to assemble but for decoration purpose only not for real use

avoid this treasure chest
this product is made out of cardboard which will tear if your not very careful when trying to put together, this product is way overpriced and it is confusing on how to put it together, i thought this was a one piece product, i would return it if i didnt have to pay the postage, will show it to my granddaughter to see if she can use it, it needs to be made of stronger material and be one piece.. this is a dollar store item.

Requires assembly using very small prongs -- but still ok for the price
Paper box essentially that requires assembly using several small prong fasteners. Easy to do but they are tiny prongs so if you have big hands or aren't nimble could pose a slight problem. However, for the price and the fact that it can be "hinged" open is good. Filled it with plastic coins for our halloween pirate party at work and it did the trick. Depends on the kind of quality you're looking for -- being a paper product it's a poor substitute for realism, however, if you don't care about that it still works just fine. If stored properly could be used a few times but around kids likely to easily break if not handled gently.

Cool, cheap, novelty.
Easy to assemble, and opens just fine. Great for stocking full of chocolate coins and gifting to a chocolate-lover.The only critiques I have are that in order to keep the bottom flat when it's empty you need to tape it down, and if any part of it bends it's a little tougher to shut the lid. But that inconvenience costs only 2-4 seconds of your time when shutting it.

Super thin & small
This isn’t thick enough to be considered cardboard it’s thinner I didn’t even bother to put it together as u knew it wouldn’t hold what I needed it to hold which was candy for a trunk or treat definitely not worth almost 10 something I would expect to pay no more then 5 for and that’s a stretch I’ve seen better items in the dollar store
