I was really hesitant on buying a refurbished phone but to be honest I couldn't believe that this was actually a refurbished phone. There is not a mark on it and apart from the box and battery life (84%) it could be mistaken for being new. If you want an iphone with a full battery life then you are going to pay through the nose for it and I for one can't afford to. This was a gift for someone who who is used to using an iPhone so I didn't want to change over to an android as this would have created confusion. I am more than happy with the service from this seller and a guarantee as well. I would definitely buy again from this seller.

I regret to say that my experience with this purchase has been disappointing. Although it was advertised as being in excellent condition, it fell short of my expectations. The battery arrived at only 20% charge, although it did have a 91% capacity, which was acceptable.However, there is a significant scratch on the back of the screen, and I found a considerable amount of dust inside the charger port. These issues make me question the thoroughness of the refurbishment process.In my opinion, this purchase feels more like buying a second-hand product from a local shop. Given the current price of 599 pounds for a new phone, I would recommend considering spending the extra money for a new device instead.Based on other reviews, it appears that receiving a phone in excellent condition might be a matter of luck. Some customers may receive a lightly used phone in great condition, while others might not be as fortunate. Additionally, I had to pay for the cost of return, which was about 10pounds
