Bought in May 2024, failing December 2024. The dock stopped doing pass-through power, so my laptop is no longer able to charge when connected. I've double-checked the port, and multiple wattage power supplies, its definitely the dock. Off to recycling, back to a major brand!

Let me be clear. This is a 1 star product. I'm rating it 2 stars hoping that you will read this, and hoping that it will help you decide.I've used this, or attempted to, on several devices. I've tried multiple power supplies from trusted brands, 65w, 2x100w, and now 2x140w power supplies (5 total). If I can get this to charge my laptop, or my wife's Surface Pro, it is like a miracle. So much fiddling with unplugging and replugging the power and the dock.More than 1/2 of the time, only 1 display works. Cue another round of unplug/replug to finally get them working.It has been nothing but hastle every single time we've used it. I'm long past my return window. I guess it is bound for e-waste because I refuse to use this thing going forward.

The unit I received did not fit my needs-- it worked with a Windows laptop but did not work well with my MacBook Pro (which was the primary use case). Requested a return with the vendor, and received my refund once the vendor received and verified the product was working.

I got this to be able to add more devices including a TV to my computer but the HDMI poet needs a driver. It's fine for basic connections but will not work with my laptop because the connection is a usb c. Save you money.

I have a work PC laptop and a personal Mac mini. I wanted something to work for two monitors, my usb dongle for mouse/keyboard, webcam and an audio out for my speakers and this works great. One single usb c that I plug in my laptop, then plug it into my Mac mini and it works for both seamlessly. Just wish you didn’t have to buy the power supply separate.
