I gave 5 stars due to the QUALITY of the desk. It’s very sturdy. I’m impressed by that a whole lot. I’ve done tons of research and ultimately settled on this desk due to the storage. I love how they supply LED lights. The electric outlet worked. I like to game occasionally, I also attend online college, plus work from home. This definitely is good bang for your buck. I set it up by myself, it took a few hours. My husband was willing to help, but I followed the directions to a T. Super easy.

Pleasantly surprised! Assembly wasn't too hard- I built it by myself and it took a couple hours but was fairly intuitive and instructions were easy to follow.I did check the measurements ahead of time, but it ended up feeling a little bigger than I expected. There's a good amount of surface space, so I can comfortably use one side as a vanity and the other as a writing desk. Good amount of storage space in the drawers and cabinets.I didn't end up using the lighting strip as a personal preference, but the outlet strip worked and is a nice touch.All in, it's a pretty good desk. Seems quite stable, and the surface material is nice. Good value for the price! Only thing I would change would be the desk height. The surface is a bit low for me, and I'm only 5'4".

Easy-to-follow instructions made this a breeze to set up. I love the ability to change configurations. It allows me to disassemble and reconfigure based on my current room set-up. The wood grain is nice, and the drawers work a lot better than I expected for cloth and frame. Hanging folders go in with ease without having to put a frame inside the drawers. The whole assembly is very sturdy, as well. I've got a 32" curve monitor plus keyboard and mouse sitting under the hutch, and an electronics laptop with liquid cooling tank on the open side. I have a Dell workstation sitting on the floor below the hutch, and still have plenty of room for my chair. The USB and AC outlet combo works well, too, tho I did add another power strip below the desk for convenience.I only have 2 drawbacks regarding the desk. 1) it's heavy in the box. Make sure to yet some help lifting it. 2) the LEDs have already gone out and the app didn't really control them well, anyway.Overall, 4 stars.

Very pleased with my purchase! The desk is sturdy and just as pictured! It did take quite some time to put together (having someone to help would speed the process up) but the instructions are easy to follow, just make sure you pay really close attention to the holes on the bars in the photos and which way each little piece needs to face.Looks fantastic and is the perfect size!

The assembly is definitely a two person job and, especially for picking it up. It’s pretty sturdy an, looks perfect under my book shelf. It came with everything to assemble it however the Allen wrench was to small for the screws provided. It also came with an led light strip which was very cute but didn’t have very good adhesive and fell off in a couple days.

I put my desk together by myself basically, I just needed my BF to lift the top part onto the bottom part because it was heavy. I do enjoy furniture building tho so if you don’t this might not be easy for you. It did take me at least 4 hours but it was easy enough. I will be using it as my art desk. Good value for the money. So far it has been great. I love the light feature. I wish it had a bit more storage on top tho. I didn’t realize it was so small.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It was for my son. He likes it, uses it for games and homework. The assemble took us a bit but hey I'm a woman ans I did it alone with a 10 year old.
