Extremely Disappointing Printer – Full of Issues!
I bought this printer in February 2025, but the warranty on the HP website says it started in November 2024, which is confusing.From the start, it’s been a nightmare. It makes constant noise, even when not printing, and crashes Office and PDF apps when set as the default printer. The manual paper selection prompts are annoying, and the print alignment issue is worse: even when selecting A3 or A4, the prints don’t align correctly, regardless of size.The ink ran out after only 107 pages (according to the HP Smart usage log), far below the 800 pages I was expecting. The printer vibrates loudly during use, and the scanner feeder damages documents. It also pulls in multiple sheets at once, causing frequent paper jams.I deeply regret purchasing this printer and would not recommend it. Very disappointing quality from HP Support Service and the reseller.
