Happy to receive the drops , not had this one before but after applying my eyes felt good ,what with the lubricant and brightness satisfied that the drops are quality

The new formula not only does not work it actually makes my eyes red and stings too. I've relied on these drops for more than ten years but will have to find an alternative now. Reading recent reviews it appears I'm not alone.

Eyes looks fresher

I still have a nearly full bottle of the original 'Murine Bright & Moist' so was able to compare with this new formulation. The new one makes my eyes itchy and sore straight after using and the whitening effects are minimal. The old original formula instantly whitened and made my eyes 'sparkle' without any side effects and was soothing as well as cosmetically amazing. I used the original for many, many years but will now be looking for a substitute. Very disappointed.[Substitute found: no side effects of itching or stinging and bought from the store where 'every little helps' under their own 'brightening' eye drops brand. Cheaper too.]
