Bought these specifically to hike during hot summer days at Grand Canyon, Bryce, and Zion national parks. We hiked for 5 days averaging about 5 miles per day. I didn't get any sunburn on my body or arms. The shirts kept me nice and cool as it could on hot 90-100 F temperatures. I'm 5' 11'' and weigh 150 lbs. I bought a medium size and they fit me nicely, slightly loose fit and nice sleeve length that extends a bit below my wrist. I'll be buying more of these when needed.

I wore this for two weeks on a scuba/snorkel trip in the tropics. 15 scuba dives, several days swimming/ snorkeling, wearing it around the fishing town. It was great. It saved me from using several tubes of sunscreen! Very comfortable and cool when wet or damp.

Living in Vegas where it's over 110 a lot these shirts are great. I volunteer at drive up food pantries 3 times a week giving out food and wore them last week and didn't even notice any sweat.

Runs large

sizes fit good but have not wear out door yet.
