Bought to improve water taste.I buy carbon filtersWorks well. No chlorine smell.

How annoying to fit it then find out it leaks 😠 😡

I installed this in my caravan . The fittings are rubbish and leak badly , would advise seller to supply with pre fitted Push fit connections and bump price up a few quid. Looks like it's water tight for now but ran out of time for testing today, overall not bad value for money if you don't mind pissing around wasting time during installation. but not sure I feel I can trust this to last the season under pressure without flooding the caravan . . .

I use with GAC filter and have excellent tasting water now.No noticeable reduction in water pressure.Need lots of Teflon tape when connecting pipes to it. Would be nicer if it came with fittings already attached.

Great filter housing, clear polycarbonate bowl and two O-ring seals. Bought to replace my existing undersink leaking Liff housing. Used with 10" carbon filter cartridges to get rid of chlorine, sediment etc for cooking and drinking water.

These housing will not fit a standard 10" filters. You will not be able to swap the filter for other brands.Standard 10" housings should fit 9 and 3/4 inch filters. The filters supplied are 10 inches long.I ordered carbon block filters separately and they did not seal. You will not know this has happened either, I only knew because I could shake the housing with the filter inside, it rattled around.Misleading description.
