Let me just state some facts about me first. I'm 43 and work A LOT, terrible sleep schedule on top of this. I have been feeling pretty useless and hopeless for the past couple yrs. As long as I can remember, I've been sluggish, foggy, depressed. My blood tests are always perfectly normal. Doctors just tell me I'm perfectly healthy and a little depressed. I tried some antidepressants in my 20's with terrible results. They made me worse. I have refused to try any more. I took one immediately after they were delivered (Saturday around 1 pm), Saturday at bedtime, Sunday morning and at bedtime, then one this morning (Monday). I've already noticed a slight mood improvement and less of a desire to cry and some relief of chronic constipation. I was having a particularly emotional few days leading up to ordering these. I know it's the magnesium that is helping the constipation. I'm not sure what ingredient is helping my mood, but I'm going to continue these twice a day and see if my energy and fogginess improve. I am also giving my 15 year-old daughter only one at bedtime to see if she shows any improvement. I noticed her heading down the same path and want to try to help her before she has too many of the same issues.I'll try to remember to come back with an update. The other reviews helped me and I want to help, too.Update after a little over 2 weeks: I'm noticing mood changes, for the better, in myself and my teenage daughter. I don't feel the need to cry (haven't at all since I started taking this) and she doesn't sulk and comes out of her room more. She says she feels so happy, but doesn't know why. I think I know why. I'm hoping that continuing this product will help us see more benefits. I give her one a day, but I take two.
