Does this eliminate gas completly? Sound and smell?

It has eliminated the smell of my gas. It has greatly reduced the amount of gas that I have but I take 8 chewables a day.

Is this good for body odor

I did not experience any noticeable change in body odor using this product.

So how is this expensive product different from generic pepto bismol tablets also called pink bismuth?

Devrom is bismuth subgallate, Pepto is bismuth subsalicylate. Similar, but different.

Do you take them before eating or after?
