Goes well with fish
I expect like many of the people buying this, I got it for recipes in the Skyrim cookbook. I'd never even heard of 'Paradise' before! So I was glad I found this available online. It's quite nice and citrusy. Definitely goes well with fish. The substitute I made following advice online didn't really work as well or have the citrus element.

A wonderful pepper type
Aligátor pepper, ginger pepper, grains of paradise. It’s got many names. But this seed (it’s a ginger seed not a true pepper berry) has a wonderful spicy peppery flavour and slight ginger aroma. Hotter than normalPepper and is shown to be better for digestion and metabolism than normalPepper (it’s used in some slimming supplements). Reccomended but remember slightly harder than normalPeppercorns so get a strong grinder (you can pestle it but it doesn’t grind down small this way)

Not genuine Grains of paradise.
They look similar to grains of paradise but they aren’t actually that. They have an extremely weak flavour with no taste at all
