I’ve been on the fence about trying these out but 4 kids and many sleepless nights later, mama needs some help. The app was easy to load and get started with. It noticed the mask easily and was super quick to connect to the device. Of not, charging was tricky but I quickly realized it just can’t share with an apply wall plug. I found a generic one and it charged just fine. Must be something with the voltage. So FYI with that!It fits well and the rubber (not sure the exact material) inside is comfortable and feels nice on the skin. It’s “sticky” enough without being too sticky. I like the eye rubber pieces for a better fit and to keep the light out of my eyes. Overall time will tell how effective it is but it’s durable and seems like it’ll last while I try to reverse some of this mommy damage!

I've had this product for several months now. I don't know if it actually works because red light therapy is not an overnight fix. However the mask is so easy to use. I mainly use it without the band laying down. Qure advertises that it only takes 3 minutes a day to use and there is a timer that automatically shuts the light off. I can do 3 minutes so I do both the red light and repair lights at 3 minutes each. The mast is form fitting with rubber eye sockets and a nose cutout. It fits my face perfectly. I've taken "before" photos and in about 3 more months, I'll take new photos and update this review if there is a noticeable change.

I bought this mask mid February and started using it following the instructions. By the end of the month, I had trouble sleeping: it was hard for me to fall asleep, I would wake up multiple times every night, and I’d wake up super early every day. I’ve been a very good sleeper my whole life, so this was very unusual. I first thought it was stress. I gained about 5kg during that time, probably due to the lack of sleep and the stress of knowing I can’t sleep. I also developed GI symptoms and my armpits and neck felt very itchy all the time. I suspected thyroid issues and went to see my PCP who ran a bunch of tests, all of which came back normal. My PCP asked about any changes in my routine, but there were none, so she was stumped and didn’t know what to do next. So 3 months in I am 5kg heavier, with an itchy, red neck and chest, I am scratching my armpits all the time like an animal, I am stressed and irritable, and I live with the anxiety that I have some weird, incurable condition. Then I go away for work for 6 days and I don’t have space in my luggage to take the mask. I’m not joking, 3 days in, I’m sleeping normally again. We are now 6 weeks after that work trip as I’m writing this review, and my GI symptoms and itchiness have fully resolved (the 5kg not so much). I hope as many people as possible read this and if you develop weird symptoms, stop using the mask immediately before doing costly medical tests. I understand it’s probably an uncommon side effect, but it’s important to report my experience since devices aren’t subjected to much testing by FDA. I am never touching this mask again.

This red light therapy mask has been so easy to use. I can do it while watching TV and just relax. My experience from receiving the mask - literally the package is the cutest thing ever. I still haven’t been able to throw away the box - to the instructions and changes in my fine lines has been awesome. I would for sure recommend this to friends and family.

I just celebrated my 4*th (the 2nd digit is a secret 🙊) birthday and my hub decided to pamper me. Oh well, I have to make my own selection of what i really wanted and I decided on this FDA approved, clinical-grade technology, which is also endorsed by dermatologist. I used to do facials when I was living in Asia, but it's so expensive here in the States, I gave up on taking care of my face. 😞 After the 1st pregnancy, I have pigmentation issues and I'm pretty bothered by it. I was hoping that this would help me (Yes, it did!!!) and help with the rejuvenating of my skin.With the hefty the price tag came an exquisite box. Very professional, I can say. I'm also impressed by the website and the app that helps customize the settings. 3 minutes daily treatment is all you need with this wireless, very portable and hands free operation. Do note that you also need to do your part to prep your face before use, but this is way easier (and cheaper) than going for a facial session. Other than using laser treatments to remove blemishes, I'm giving this a try! I’ve been using this everyday for about three weeks along with my other skin care routine and already seeing skin looks brighter and less dull and the skins overall appearance has smaller lines. It’s also very lightweight compared to other mask. Which means you will not get rings around your eyes from indentation from the eye protection.

What a frustrating order this was. I read a lot of the review on here and noticed most of the negative ones were about charging issues. Thought sure this couldn’t happen to me. Well, I received my brand new mask today, it does not turn on, and will not charge at all either. Tried different adapters, on different locations. Charging light never came on. Funny thing is, this company knows they have many issues with the charging device (it states on their how to video if you have issues to try different adapter). I don’t know about anyone else, but for how expensive this mask is the very least they should include is an adapter. Sending right back and will order a different brand.
