Delighted
Ordered for elderly relative. She had been unable to find these mops for sometime so was delighted when she seen them on Amazon and was delighted with product. Arrive before date given for arrival.

It came broken
The product arrived broken. I found a plastic piece when it arrived and I wasn't sure what it was and I have noticed today that the base of the mop is broken. It's highly disappointing because I don't think it is cheap at all. Also it's not a great mop.

It’s far too short!It doesn’t ‘wring out’ properly!Leaves floor too wet..really disappointed as I’d had another one similar which was brilliant..
