Works perfectly and is so reliable!
Works like a charm! Very easy to move, as it has wheels. Emptying manually is easy because of a handle to carry it to a nearby sink to dump the water. When we’re gone for extended periods, we place it in our kitchen counter and use the drain hose, which works perfectly. It keeps the humidity levels to within 2-3 points or exactly to where you program it to be, even in humid climates, like Florida. We also love that it’s energy efficient. Would highly recommend purchasing!

I don't have to run my air conditioning as low as I did without the humidifier
It works well. About every 24 hours I need to empty the water container . I am very surprised how much humidity it is taking out of my house living in the south we have a lot of humidity

Works very well!
This works very well for drawing the moisture out of the air. My basement was about 80% humidity and after running it for 24 hours it was down to 40% humidity. You do have to empty the holding tank a lot at first but it was amazing how much water it produced.I did order an extra hose to attach to see if I could get it to drain into my shower but I couldn’t get it to work.I am okay with that because once you get the humidity stabilized you don’t have to empty the water as often. It is easy to use and since I have it on carpet I did buy a rubber mat to set it on in case it did leak, but I have not had any problems with it in the 6 months I have had it. Overall I am very satisfied and happy that I can control the humidity in the basement.

Honeywell keeps you comfortable
Dehumidfier works flawlessly. The App and ability to pump water besides gravity drain is a must. My experience using Honeywell products has been favorable. High quality product at good price. I will recommend this unit to everyone.

No support
Failed after less than a year. Have reached out to honeywell 3 times for support and can't get anyone to respond. Worked OK for first few months. Then I got error E3 and it would continue running but wouldn't dehumidify any more. Would love to return for full refund but can't get them to answer. Will not buy honeywell again.

Making a big difference in cold basement
Is working flawlessly in my cold damp basement. I have only had this for one week so I can’t comment on longevity however. I have a basement which is divided into a finished space and an unfinished space/workshop area. Historically the areas have been dehumidified with purchased GE dehumidifiers in the past. 1 worked 1 yr, 1 worked 5 years and one is still working after 4 years. I decided to try this Honeywell unit.

Great for remote monitoring
Honeywell makes a great product. The wifi connectivity makes it easy to monitor the humidity in a remote location and to know if the device is working properly. Initially the drain tube connector was missing threaded and hard to remove but this was resolved.
