I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring Air for two weeks now, and as someone who loves tracking health metrics and diving into data, this ring has exceeded my expectations.Pros:Sleek and Lightweight Design: The ring is super comfortable to wear 24/7.Comprehensive Health Tracking: From sleep stages to recovery scores and metabolic health, the data is rich and detailed.Actionable Insights: The Ultrahuman app offers personalized suggestions that have actually helped improve my sleep and energy levels, especially the caffeine window suggestions.Battery Life: I only need to charge it every 3-4 days, and the charging process is quick and hassle-free.Stylish: The minimalist design looks great and doesn’t scream “fitness tracker.”Cons:Price Point: It’s a premium product, so it may feel expensive compared to other fitness trackers. But the value it provides makes it worth it.Learning Curve: If you’re not already into health tracking, it might take a little time to understand and utilize all the data. The Ultrahuman app can still do a better job at explaining the plethora of data metrics that it has to offer.Weight Traning: If you are someone who lifts weights daily like me, the ring might not be too comfortable when doing weight training. If you obsess over small scratches, it is better to take the ring off for those gym sessions(you can still keep it on for cardio sessions though)

The ring worked for a week but after that it was completely dead. That’s not even the worst part about the ring, the worst is their horrendous customer service which is basically non existent, they take eons to reply but when they do, the reply is vague, unhelpful and slow and bot generated and not actual human replies. It is quite literally the worst customer support experience i have received from any company ever and the mental anguish you feel talking to them is an understatement. They did offer me a replacement for the defective ring but at last i had changed my mind after experiencing this headache of customer support and decided to return the ring for full refund which I’ll tell you was the hardest and most infuriating process ever to even get the brand started on the return process. Absolutely hate this brand and i wish they just die out of the competition. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

Picking up the ultrahuman ring air was a decision that I was contemplating for almost an year and I made the switch a week ago.1. The onboarding and setting up was smooth2. Upon wearing, it didn’t even feel like a wearable and blended in like an accessory3. I got rid of my other wearables after 2 days because UH matched up almost accurately with my fitbit and apple watch that I have compared with4. Discipline is something that the UH is vouching on as it really wants you to take sleep and movement index seriously. The tracking of sleep and stress is very well calculated and presented in datapoints for deeper understanding5. I have got a titanium variant and it does hold on to any scratches decently in comparison to the other colors6. Battery is 4 days for me typically with no activity and 3 if heavy activity gets recorded7. Functionality wise this is nex gen and will be go to until an other UH launches8. People take it as a fancy accessory and do not even think of it being a wearable. I like the low profile it maintains while being durable and stylish simultaneously9. For 24k, the durability, functionality, minimalism and value for money it throws in is mind blowing10. When I am sleepy at work, but not sleeping and just dizzy, it even asks me were you taking a nap at this 50 min schedule and it was fun to see how much the sensors inside a 2 gram ring are capable ofI only was considering it to have a alarm vibration, which might come in as a software update but otherwise it takes care of my health in all ways. I take into showers and swims and it keeps up well.

Nice product if you don’t like a watch. However The battery runs out of charge within 3 days and the ring takes more than 3hrs to get charged. Think twice before you buy one

Lasted around 6 months and failed.Got a replacement under warranty. This one after about 6 months have started cracking on the inner side rendering it useless. The software is good the tracking is good , hardware strength is no good. I used it continuously day and night , only exception during hand wash and bath. Never dropped it even once , as days go by the inner material expands slightly and can be felt when placing in charging dock as it does not slide in easily. These issues have to be addressed by UH. Will I go for one more ? May be not after the bad experience and steep cost of owning one , that can't last a year. Mine is still working but may Crack off anytime . Addressed the issue to Customer care and promptly they send me the second replacement , keeping my fingers crossed and hope this one lasts.

If you're looking for a simple, distraction-free tracker without constant notifications, this is a great choice.The only downside is the battery life. Since I have a size 7 ring, I get about four days on a full charge. It could be better, but overall, the performance and comfort far outweigh this minor drawback. Definitely a great alternative to a smartwatch for those who prefer a more subtle, yet effective health tracker!
