1.5 Ton Voltas AC, 3 star: It is a good product. Got dilivered within 2 days of ordering. The installation was also smooth.Over all the the AC is very silent and smooth. Cooling is also fast. There is also option of turbo and saver mode.Good AC under budget. I would recommend to all. Go for it.

So i after reading all the reviews, i was a bit skeptical about the installation process, as most people had bad experiences. I still opted for company installation, as I was not sure whether the warranty would get void if i get third party installation.So here is my experience:-The AC was delivered on time, and i received a msg after the delivery that the VOLTAS will br contacted by amazon shortly to request for installation. Thereafter, the VOLTAS company installation persons also came the very next day. All good till here.Now here is where it gets interesting. The installation costs 1500, but one will at least be spending near 2500. This is because volatas will seperately charge for a wire to connect to outdoor unit, which will be Rs. 150 per meter (Total wire used for me was 4meters, therefore Rs. 600), and a drainage pipe for around Rs. 300. The Voltas personell was trying to sell another wire to connect the plug point, for which he was seeking to charge another 600 bucks. This i refused, and insisted the the existing wire may be used, whcih works perfectly btw.I already had a stand for the outdoor unit so didnt have to spend more on that. Most people will probably have to though.It may be relevant to note that the above prices are specific to when you order from Amazon. I had enquired from a local shop, which said company installation would be around 700 bucks.(however one may end up payong more for transportation, as delivery is free in amazon). But the voltas guys said that the 700 scheme is not applicable when ordering online.On the quality of the installation, i would say it is decent. Apart from my room being in a mess, the installation was ok.When we turned the AC on, it worked fine initially. However after sometime the display showed "E6" which is an error message. I called the voltas person back to check. He came and fixed it (which was just some wiring issue), and assured me that if theres any other problem, i can call him and he will come to fix.I guess this is where i feel that getting company installation prooved fruitful, as otherwise im not sure whether the company would have taken responsibility.Apart from the above, the AC works just fine. All features work as advertised. Cooling is great. Can't complain about the product.Hope this helps you decide. Cheers.

For 1.5 tonthe cooling is not so good it not take time to reach the temperature on the system but itnot fellas like (24 for example) but all the fechears are great acoording to the price, like the saver moad and all other stuff are great, and totally nice product 76 on 100, if you looking for ac for not very big or where people are mostly full it's an average but for small room it's an great product

Voltas 1.5 tonne AC is really good. It does the job really well. It has got turbo cooling and cools the room in just couple of minutes. The design of AC could have been better. It is very small and very basic when it comes to look wise. So the design can be improved. It already contains the copper wire. So, I didn’t have to spend extra on those. And if possible book for installation directly by calling to Voltas. Amazon’s third partner takes too much of time to visit. I booked directly from voltas and got in installed within 24 hours. I will write more about it after using it couple of weeks.

writing this Review after 1 month of usage.Ac is vey good in terms of cooling for rooms more than 110 sqf its recommended to use 1.5 ton AC my room is around 125 sqf. The Cooling is vey good the Fan noise is not that much. There are many features like the 5-1 Mode. Functionality are very easy to use. Quality of the condenser also looks good. Fully Copper Condenser. Don't know about the energy efficiency but i think it would be good. Installation was also on time the installation team was very good and they did the job well.

Product is good..but installation of AC is very bad they charge 1500 but installation is improper even talk with customer care of Amazon they said they resolve the issue but they not resolved it.installation charges 1500 + 1075 to technician from Amazon we need to call again new technician for bracket and AC installation which we need to pay bracket 800 + 1500 installation. Total installation charges is 4875 which is very high.

superb..... cooling i received the product before time , delivery boys were very cooperative,but i didn't received the drainage pipe in the outdoor unit other wise product is very good and working smoothly, the voltas installation engineer was very rude and deny to install it so i have called other voltas engineer who was my known person. otherwise the unit is quiet good and silent operation earlier i was using onida ac which was very pathetic service whithin 3 year compressor got faulty till date no person came....you can go for it , thankyou voltas and delivery boyssuggestion: the copper pipe is good packed but is little bit shorter than other company providing.you might provide it 3.5 meter as standard.
