Kcups are ok but sometimes I want a stronger cup of coffee. I read the reviews and thought i would give this one a try since this one was reasonably priced. It is very well made and I love the beep when the coffee is ready. Im not a big iced coffee fan. I can make it and refrigerate it so the iced option was not a selling point for me. I did give that option a try and it was still warm, just not “hot” . Also the hot coffee option could stand to be a bit hotter. It isn’t as hot as my other kcup machine. Features I love are the option for cup size and the brew strength. I like the design. Very easy to use and quality built. I also like the size. It also has an auto shut off like the larger machine that I have been using. It does everything my larger machine did and takes up half the space. Totally pleased with this purchase.

The coffee machine works great, especially offer the coffee grind side, it let me try some Asian's coffee grind which do not offer kcup.this review is more on the customer service side, i lost the Kcup insert holder and could not find a replacement at Amazon, so I email the company (Shardor) and asked for purchased the replacement, because i do not have a way to pay via PayPal, so they sent two NOT one for free of charge.The manufacture is in China, the email took a few days to respond, but the staff is very nice and professional. the replacement part took 11 days to arrive.Great customer service.Di

I'm very happy with this coffee maker. It makes a delicious cup of coffee that is nice and hot and does so quickly. It does look kind of cheap, especially in the red, but who cares. It's doing a great job and that works for me. Plus it takes up only a small amount of spacI took off one star due to it having been previously purchased, repacked and returned. It seems like everything I have purchased recently that is on sale, has been a return. That is a big turnoff to me. I did purchase a warranty this time due to this type of coffee maker lasting only about 1 year.

We’ve only had this coffee maker for a few days, but so far it’s working great. We like the fact that it is quite small compared to the much more expensive “K” brand that we replaced with this. Simple controls and makes a good cup of coffee. Can’t ask for more than that.

We got our coffee maker the next day, which was great! We have went from a full coffee pot maker to 8-14oz cups of coffee, It's fast and makes great coffee. Well worth the money! We have had it since Friday last week and have been using it ever since then. Very durabilable, it's making cup after cup, when ever we want it!

I want to edit my review as the seller kindly reached out.I have high hopes for this product as it was given a 4.3 stars on Amazon. The description and overall looks is wonderful with varieties of options to even use ground coffee, make cold brew, and 5 different size cups. But when I first got it, the cup holder is way too narrow and cups these days are large and wide but I can adjust not using my favorite cup for that. But it hasn't been a month yet and it's already acting up and showing all sign of breaking down. I look up the troubleshoot sheet that was provided but the issue wasn't covered. The machine was working fine for a few weeks and then it just won't work. Tiny bits of coffee came out and it just shuts itself down. Another incident is when it was brewing, large amount of steam is coming out. So it's unfortunate but I might have just got a lemon one. I hope it worked for everyone else.

I love that it is really fast, but when I take the cup holder off for my larger cup it is still not tall enough to make a 14oz cup of coffee. I am really disappointed in that fact and also the width from side to side is not very big. I am making do with using a 12 oz cup and then transferring to my regular coffee cup. If I had not had my coffee for a couple of days I would probably have bought something else. It is very easy to put together and brews fast.
