After my initial review, Helimix reached out and sent me two replacement cups—one 28oz and one 20oz. I’ve tested the 28oz and can confirm it mixes much better than the original one I had. No more clumps, which was my main issue before.Customer service (shoutout to Moni) was responsive and helpful, and I appreciated the follow-up.

This is my second purchase of this bottle. The other one got lost some how. These is a thick plastic so it doesn’t breaks when dropped a million times. The lid is tightly secured which is great when you shake it. The mouth piece also stays closed with zero leakage. It’s easy to clean. I will buy this one again. The other one I had lasted 2yrs until I lost it.

I was skeptical that this design would function as well as the bottles with blending balls, but when I saw how well my husband's 1.5 version mixed his protein shakes, I've been wanting one of my own. Enter the Helimix 2.0! Honestly I can't tell a difference between 1.5 and 2.0, other than size and color. The emerald green is really nice and the product is indeed shatter proof (I've already dropped, I mean "field-tested," it...). I love how simple and functional this bottle is, no need to worry about losing or tracking down the correct-sized blending ball. It cleans up easily in the dishwasher and there's no separate rubber gasket to keep track of when you wash the top either. The 28oz size is more than I need, but I like that there's extra space if needed. The reason I deducted a star is that I've had some difficulty getting the snap-lid to seal properly. I have to REALLY press down to get it to lock. I made the mistake of thinking it was securely sealed only to realize it was not after one vigorous shake and protein powder all over myself and the kitchen. So while I think the lid could use a little improvement, I still think the Helimix Vortex Shaker is a good value and helpful tool to increase your protein intake.

Works as described and blends my protein so there aren’t any lumps. Super easy to clean. I will continue to use this shaker instead of dealing with metal and plastic agitators. The price is steep but buy once cry once I guess?
