I struggle with staying asleep and have a habit of waking up between 2 to 4 am staying awake. This supplement helps my brain to not activate and if I wake up I go right back to sleep. When I don't use it for whatever reason like not wanting to spend money or use something similar that is less expensive, I normally regret it.

I bought this after my Naturopathic doctors recommendation to help me sleep at night. I take Cortisol Manager in combination with a magnesium supplement, which was also recommended by my doctor. Once adding in the Cortisol Manager along with the magnesium I noticed a world of difference! I am sleeping like a baby 20-30 minutes after taking this supplement. I typically only take one, but on high stress days I will take 2, which is what is recommended on the bottle. Before starting this regimen it would be up tossing and turning for hours before I would be able to fall asleep, with broken sleep following throughout the night. I am now able to fall asleep easily, and stay asleep. I do still wake up once or twice, but am able to fall back asleep quickly.

Absolutely amazing! I knew that I had high cortisol levels before this per a blood test taken by my doctor. I started taking these at night as recommended and went and got another blood test to check my levels, they dropped! I no longer have a high of stress and I have restful sleep for the first time in years please please please order this if you’re thinking about this.

I have these Cortisol Manager pills on a subscription and take them every month. They have helped me feel more balanced and less stressed, especially at night. It is easy to keep up with since they arrive regularly. A good addition to my daily routine.

Love these pills. So I've been trying to lose weight. My face looked puffy and just swollen from fat. When I started the pills within about 3 days I noticed a difference in my face, a big one... it did not look as swollen and puffy. I feel better, more energy, I even started having energy to go to the gym. I take one in the morning with water and one at night. I don't think it matters if you take it with food, because i take them on a empty stomach.I also believe this helps with hunger.When im at work, I dont crave to have lunch. I can go all the way to 6pm until my first and only meal. I reccomend these pills, my stress levels are being regulated with these pills so I believe that's what's helping me lose the weight. I am down 3 pounds so far. It's day 6.

I chose this brand because they are quality and trusted. This further underlines that, and they’ve gained a customer for life (but for a different product)! I added a star based on this. Again, they did not ask me to change my rating.Wanted to love it… but I had to stop after about 10 days. This supplement seemed like the perfect blend. It did make me sleepy, but weirdly, I slept TERRIBLY. I was sleepy but also wired? After about 5 days I noticed some spotting which was weird. I take progesterone at night for sleep and to help with perimenopause symptoms. I haven’t ever had spotting before- and then after 2-3 days of spotting, it stopped. The thing that make me stop taking the medication was (after 9 ish days of awful sleep and increased anxiety), on day 10, I also had restless legs. It was awful! I’ve never had restless legs before- but as soon as it began, I knew what it was. It was the most unsettling, tingling, strange feeling in my legs. I got up several times, walked, massaged my legs, applied magnesium, rubbed them some more, and finally it eased enough to sleep. I have no idea which ingredient or combo of ingredients affected me… but the rest of the bottle will remain untouched. I was really hoping this would better my sleep and stress, but it definitely did the opposite. Just my experience- yours may not be the same- however, I’d love if anyone experienced the same!

It’s only been day 2, not sure if it’s working as I still wake up in the middle of the night. Going to keep using, I noticed I have vivid dreams while taking these.
