How to use the offline function?

Select and download any 6 languages from the available offline packages for lifetime using according to personal needs. ZERO supports offline translation between Chinese and other offered languages, between English and other offered languages, while translation between other languages are not supported currently. Also, we have attached a tutorial video about how to get 30 coupons for 6 offline package. What should I do if nothing happens after plugging the translator in?

Dear Customer, Thank you for your question. Please manually turn on the bluetooth/OTG in the phone settings. If your phone protective case is greater than 0.8mm, please remove it when you use ZERO Translator. You could also shut down the app on the backend of your device or restart your device and try again. Please make sure your device is compatible. If the issues remains, please let us know. What are the different among 3 different modes? How to use them?

Dear Customer, Thank you for your question. For Translation mode, speak slowly to ZERO language translator device, translation will be played instantly and displayed on the screen. For Meeting and Interview modes, ZERO separates audio inputs up to 4 different directions with integrated noise cancellation to receive audio input, and transcribe original voice into text. Meeting mode is suitable with voice recording for UP TO FOUR, while Interview mode is for TWO. Also, we have attached a tutorial video about how to use different modes.
