Use if you want to get rid of persistent pain
Had terrible wrist pain which never subsided in spite of using multiple ointments, bandages and what not. Applied this patch for 3-4 days continuously and the pain went off. Only issue is that it should not get wet as it loses its grip on skin for obvious reasons. Overall an excellent product

It’s nothing extraordinary. But being a person who likes to try alternatives to medicines this was a good try . You can keep a few in your purse if your knee hurts after a long walk etc

Average product.
Not at all a great product. When you try to apply it on the waist, it invariably folds & rolls itself to stick. Many a ti.e you need to discard a patch. I ordered 4-5 times, but I won't order it any further.

Ideal for pain relief
Using it for a few years for my back and neck pain. Find it very effective. Effect lasts for almost 24 hours. Much better than pain relief sprays.

The sticking is not ok, it is easily coming out, no pain relief
