Angel Yeast is the best yeast producer in China.My son had got me yeast from Singapore and these were sachets made in Belgium and France.The Glorypan yeast is1. Value for money. A large quantity for a low price.2. Easy to use3.Rises fast. You do not have to start the yeast and add to dough. Just mix with flour. I used it today morning and in half an hour the dough had risen noticeably.The yeast will not rise and will die if it is in direct contact with salt or ice. So do not add salt on top of the yeast.4. Packaged well.5. I received yeast manufactured in March 2020 in the last week of June 2020. Since expiry is after 24 months I had 21 months left. If I store the excess in the freezer as soon as I open the pack it will keep longer.Or I can share the contents with friends.6. The smell is not as yeasty as the other bakers yeasts.7. Food grade emulsifiers commonly found in ice creams etc are added to all yeasts for shelf life and for better rehydration when used.Angel Yeast is directly marketed through Amazon now.

One of the best yeast I tried till now.

It's been almost been 3 years, I haven't tried it in past 6 months but it was working fine till then. For the first two years the performance of this yeast was chef's kiss worthy, it would rise up beautifully and would make the breads and pizzas turn out equally perfect. Highly recommended, just be careful to store it well in an air tight container, and take out small portions in a separate container for use.

Seeing all the high rated reviews my expectations were already set and luckily it lived up to it, my main concern was a bad smelling dry yeast but this one was pleasant normal yeast smell ie how a typical commercial bread smells.Bought this since it was value for money Rs 175 + 48 delivery charges for 500 gms.Also just to mention, I was unaware of how a good yeast smells so bought this, parallelly was experimenting with my bad smelling dry yeast which was some 7 years old lying in a corner of my refrigerator, when I just scooped a spoon from the proofing which was bad smelling, slightly bubbling and put it to another container to ferment 2 tea spoon of wheat flour and some water to make it a dosa batter consistency, the next day this culture was smelling like a bakery bread ie nice smell, then I did put another 2 spoons of wheat flour with water and next day my yeast starter was ready. Made a bread out of it and it came perfect, good raising within 4 hours and aroma, also kept a portion of it in a container and again added flour and water for the next batch use, stored in fridge . Now if I compare this instant yeast and my home cultured yeast slurry from that dry yeast, both gave same smell and result, so probably it's the same yeast species everyone are using. Only difference is this raises very quickly and my home made one takes almost 3 times the duration, but I guess that can be adjusted by increasing the quantity of starter dough.Happy baking !

After a week review regarding yeast I can surely say one of the best and pocket friendly yeast available in market.This yeast i purchased for my mom for here daily uses like appam etc it works fineHow to use:Use luke warm water in a steel glass and pour 1-2 spoon yeast and mix well after add 1-2 tablespoon of suger wait for sometime yeast get raise in your glass if not get raised means your water is very hot/cold.Storage: better to store in a glass bottle and store it in refrigerator door pocket.Seller:I purchased from Dev inc and the packet we got is descent and airtight and in my experience amazon is one of the best delivery in village areas and i also used other popular apps depents on best deals avail but in out of city amazon delivery is the best option and delivery boys are well mannered.Please like if you feel worth review and hope it helped for your purchase see all with another product with genuine review 😊

flour seem to raise prepared bun, cake and bread. storing it in fridge and freezer, need to see how long it will last.

I like this product very much. 1st it's very cheap compared to local market. Earlier I used to buy small packet of 35 gms for Rs 35. 2nd my wife like this product because the quality of yeast was superb as per expectations. We made pizza dow and bread with this yeast and the results were amazing. The pizza bread and bread was very very soft as per expectations as well. My son is very happy and says no need to buy from market we can make in home. Overall I recommend everyone who loves to cook pizza.. Bread... Burger in home to get this product as well as we get use it for idli and dosa batter as well.
