I have been repurchasing the Move Free health products for many, many years. They are really suitable as gifts, either for elders or friends. Protecting joint health is a very important thing that we contemporary young people must do.

Excellent Product for the knees! My wife and I have been using it for >8 years. We've tried other products without success. We each take 2 tablets a day which works just fine. We are in our 60s and walk 2 miles a day and my wife works out every day!

My mother in law has had chronic pain in her thighs. She has taken this supplement for 6 months and there has been no significant improvement. But she said she would continue taking it. I am not sure if this supplement is the right one for her condition.
