Great Product...Although this interface works very well...I feel this should have been included in the very expensive KVM Switch which I bought prior to purchasing this interface item as the unit is completely useless without the interface to make connections to the Servers!!!The KVM without the Interface is just a Box with lights, nothing more...

Disappointing Product
Prepare to be disappointed. This unit doesn't work well unless you get the USB2 SUI connectors. You may get the video but you will not get the virtual media to function and their error messages are useless while diagnosing it.

Unit functions great----Doesn't fit into any cable management arms or trays.
Unit is so large it won't "tuck" in behind the server or fit into any Cable Management arms (Dell/Intel Servers), making it very difficult to open/close 1U and 2U servers into their rack enclosures.The model B078-101-USB-1 are very compact and fit great into those management systems but these are much older Interface Units and don't work with any of the "newer" KVM units built by Eaton/TrippLite.
