I love these little pearls to top pasta & other dishes for the taste and "mouth feel"- they 'explode' in your mouth with a burst of flavor! And they are toooo cute!

I really didn’t know what to expect when I ordered these balsamic beads however, I was eager to give them a shot after seeing them on a cooking show. I was pleasantly surprised at the burst of flavor and they go great on a salad with a lot less of a leaky mess that balsamic dressing can make. The jar that they come in is quite small however, sort of reminds me of caviar, but you don’t necessarily need a lot to enjoy the flavor

My wife and I went to dinner at a place that had black modena pearls placed on top of ice cream. It was different so we had to buy them. I can't say that I really liked the combination of sweet and sour on my ice cream. Next time we have company we may offer them to our guests, but not convinced this is a winner for me.

This is a great product!! The bubbles of vinegar are fun - I can eat them right out of the bottle - but the vinegar is very tasty!
