I have purchased almost all the Protein bars that are available on Amazon. While many of it contains Maltilol, an artificial alternate form of sugar, which is not good for health and the rest of them are high in fat plus with added sugar too. Few products are free from all the above, but the quantity seems to be too less for the price they offer. By going through all the above points, this seems to be a perfect result for these. No Maltilol, No added sugar, No excess fat, Good quantity and Taste, Affordable price. Go for it once and you wouldn't stay away from it. Tastes wonderful. We bought it for my wife's pregnancy period in hospital due to COVID. It definitely fills your belly but the taste needs to be acquired. I have tasted such bars earlier and was of the thought to get similar taste. All in all in does what it is intended but taste can be better.
