Th elever is much too stiff
The big problem with this chair is the lever that raises and lowers the foot rest. The lever is much too stiff! I have to work it BEFORE I get in the chair and after I get out of it. What can make the lever easier to move?

be aware of return policy.
product looks fine. we measured as best we could. older scaffolding. connectors do not fit. have not been able to locate locally. was not aware of return policy. so that is on us. but when you print them out it states "buyers are responsible for and must prepay for all shipping charges both way and restocking fee." "all returns must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) or package will be refused." and so on. so just some info.
